Lotto Machine Numbers My numbers

Privacy policy

Reading results on Lotto Machine Numbers (lottomachinenumbers.com) needs no sign-up of any kind. Nowhere on the site will you be asked for your name, phone number, email address, BVN or ticket details.

Kept on your phone

The numbers you save in My numbers, the games you tick and a random code for this browser are stored in the browser’s local storage on your phone. They are not sent anywhere unless you switch alerts on. You can delete them on the My numbers page or by clearing this site’s data in the browser settings.

With alerts switched on

To notify you, we store the subscription your browser creates — a technical address at its notification service, with no personal details in it — together with the games you follow and the numbers you saved, so we can tell when one of them comes out. Switching alerts off deletes that record straight away.

Counting installs and alerts

To see whether the service is used, we log when the site is installed on a home screen or opened from it, and when alerts are switched on or off. Each entry holds the date and time, the country of the connection, the browser’s identification string and the random code of the browser, which stops one installation being counted twice. None of it is linked to a name or contact details.

Cookies and trackers

The site sets no cookies of its own and carries no advertising or tracking scripts. Preferences such as your numbers, your games and whether the install suggestion was already shown stay in the browser’s storage.

How long records are kept

An alert subscription is removed when you switch alerts off, when the notification service reports that it no longer exists, or at the latest 400 days after it was last updated. Install and alert log entries are deleted after 120 days.

Providers

Pages are served from Cloudflare’s network, which processes each request in order to deliver them. Alerts reach your phone through the notification service built into your browser — Google’s, Apple’s, Mozilla’s or Microsoft’s.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to see, correct or delete personal data about you and complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. Because nothing kept here identifies you, the quickest way to delete your data is to switch alerts off and clear this site’s data in your browser.

What leaves your phone, and when

Two things never leave the phone on their own: the numbers you save and the games you tick. They are sent only if you switch alerts on. The random code of the browser is the exception to “nothing is sent”: it also goes with each install and alert entry described under counting installs and alerts, so that one installation is not counted twice. That entry holds no numbers, no games and no name.

How to remove everything

Three steps remove what this site keeps for your browser.

  1. On My numbers, switch alerts off. This deletes the alert record, with your numbers and games, straight away.
  2. Delete your saved numbers on the same page.
  3. Clear this site’s data in the browser settings, which removes the random code.

Install and alert log entries already made are not linked to you by name and are deleted after 120 days. If you clear the site data first, without switching alerts off, the alert record stays until the notification service reports it gone or for at most 400 days.

What “not identifying you” covers

Nothing kept here holds a name, phone number or email address. A random code, an alert address and a browser string can still tell one device from another, which is why the site deletes them on the schedule above. Each browser and phone keeps its own numbers, code and subscription, so removing them on one phone does not remove them on another.

What other services keep

Cloudflare, which delivers the pages, and the notification service of your browser keep data under their own terms. The limits above cover only the records of this site.
